1. What payment options are available? Are there any charges?
We offer a range of secure and convenient payment methods:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- Net Banking
- Wallets
- Cash on Delivery (COD)*
Note: COD may incur a nominal handling fee. All online payments are processed with zero extra charges.
2. Where do you ship? What are the delivery timelines and charges?
- Shipping Locations: We currently deliver across India.
- Dispatch Timeline: Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days.
- Delivery Time:
- Metros: 3–5 working days
- Other Cities: 5–8 working days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 working days
- Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹5000
- A nominal shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹5000
- COD orders may attract a small additional fee.
3. Can I exchange a product? What is the timeline?
Yes, we offer exchanges on size-related issues for eligible products.
- Exchange Request Window: Within 48 hours of delivery
- Conditions:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Exchange is subject to stock availability
- Process Time: Exchanges are processed within 7–10 days after we receive the returned item
4. Do you accept returns? What is the policy and timeline?
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong item delivered
Please Note:
- Return request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product
- Customized or altered items are not eligible for return

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of product inspection.
5. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
We take strict quality checks before dispatching every order. However, in the rare case of:
- Damaged product
- Manufacturing defect
- Incorrect item received
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear images. We’ll arrange for a free replacement or refund after verification.
6. Do you offer warranty or product care tips?
We do not offer formal warranties, but we guarantee high quality and long-lasting garments with proper care.
Care Tips:
- Prefer hand-washing or gentle machine wash
- Wash dark colors separately
- Use mild detergent
- Avoid wringing or tumble drying
- Dry in shade for color retention
