Shipping Policy – Zayah

At Zayah, we are committed to delivering your order in the best condition and at the earliest possible time. All orders are processed with love, care, and attention to detail, ensuring your shopping experience with us is smooth and satisfying.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 4-5 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery (India): 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Delivery (India): 1–3 business days after dispatch (available at an additional cost).
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen logistical delays.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for select pin codes and is subject to courier availability.
  • Please ensure accurate address and contact details to avoid delays or cancellations.
  • COD orders may attract a small additional fee.

Order Tracking & Shipping Address

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. 
  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are correct at checkout. Zayah is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration.

Delays & Issues

  • We aim to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or courier service disruptions. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of shipping, please contact us at connect@zayah.in with your order ID.
  • Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. 
  • The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. 
  • If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable.
