Return and Refund Policy - Zayah:

At Zayah, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

General Return Policy:

  • Return Window: You may request return of items within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Return Eligibility Criteria:
    1. Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn .
    2. Have all original packaging with tags intact.
    3. Be free of stains, perfume, wash marks, or damage.
    4. Request for return within 48 hours of delivery and received by us within 7 days of return approval
  • Non-returnable Items: Personalized and customized items, final Sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

  • Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please email our customer support team on connect@zayah.in  within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization and instructions with return shipping address. 
  • Packaging: Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The product must be shipped back within 7days of our return confirmation. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking to avoid loss or delay.

Refund Policy - Zayah:

  • Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. If the items are approved, we will process your refund. If return criteria is not met, The refund will not be processed. 
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the form of a unique store credit coupon code equal to the value of the product, which can be used to redeem on the next purchase, with 6 months validity. Please ensure to utilize the unique coupon code given to you for the next purchase within 6 months of return confirmation. 
  • If the returned Item is not Eligible: We will notify you via email. However, as you have beared the return shipping cost,  we will ship the item back to you at no extra cost, as a one-time courtesy , and a GOODWILL gesture.
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email our customer support team on connect@zayah.in within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos, and opening video. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
